Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Whole Rhythm! By purchasing any of our services or products, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. This agreement sets forth the rules and expectations between Whole Rhythm and our customers to ensure a positive and professional experience. By continuing with your purchase, you agree to adhere to these terms.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply if the notice is given after the 48-hour window. Sessions are expected to start on time unless otherwise communicated to your health coach.

Consultations and Payments: The first consultation is priced as listed on the service page and is non-refundable. All services require consent for online sessions and completion of wellness assessments before starting to ensure service eligibility.

If you qualify for long-term services (weekly or monthly), the payment method will be discussed with your consultant. Payments can be made directly through the Whole Rhythm website.

If you are late to a session, the session time cannot be extended.
